Challenge
In alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the fight against climate change, financial institutions face a dual responsibility:

  • Accelerating their clients' sustainable transition.

Achieving the second objective requires the financial institution to deeply understand its clients, empathize with their challenges, and effectively guide them towards more sustainable models.
