Challenge
A leading financial institution in Spain identified a critical challenge: disconnection and demotivation within its commercial network following a sales force restructuring. This situation required a three-year Strategic Talent and Culture Plan that not only aligned teams with the corporate strategy but also strengthened their engagement and sense of belonging.
Solution
We conducted a comprehensive diagnosis through individual interviews, focus groups, and representative surveys across the network, allowing us to identify key strengths and areas for improvement. Based on this, we designed the 2022-2024 Strategic Talent and Culture Plan, action-oriented and aligned with the bank’s vision. The plan consisted of:

  1. Strategic action lines: Initiatives focused on motivation, satisfaction, and work experience, going beyond the traditional Talent and Culture scope.

  2. Clear thematic axes: We grouped initiatives into strategic blocks: For You (employee value), For the Team (team strengthening), and For Your Day-to-Day (operational experience).

  3. Practical executability: We defined responsibilities, specific resources, and detailed action plans to ensure tangible results.

  4. Agile monitoring: We designed an efficient governance model with quarterly planning, constant feedback, and continuous impact evaluation.
